Nose Surgery Reviews

Week 3 after revision rhinoplasty for columellar retraction

I underwent revision rhinoplasty because I most wanted to improve my uneven nostrils from the front, columellar depression, and the parts that looked short and pinched. After seeing that [Clinic A] had performed many rhinoplasties for cases like mine, I went for a consultation. The biggest reason I decided on revision surgery with confidence was that Dr. Kim Hyeonju said my current concerns could be improved and that this should be my final rhinoplasty.

This is normally an especially anxious period right after surgery, but they explained things well whenever I asked about swelling and other matters, which reassured me. I am still worried about the wound around my columella, but they say it will improve, so I am trusting them and waiting.

Autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip and RU 3dDCF for the bridge. I also had short-nose correction, columella lowering, nasolabial-angle correction, alar lifting, and fascial reinforcement of the nasal tip.
