I had autologous costal cartilage done here, and it turned out well without issues. It seems to have been done safely. One drawback is that the autologous costal cartilage material is very firm, so my nose can look pointed when viewed from below. Still, I am satisfied. A thin layer of dermis was placed over the silicone. The doctor operates well.
