I was always bothered that my nose looked large compared with my face, and people often said that my dorsal hump made me look a little intense. But I did not want an implant or donor rib cartilage, so I only looked for places that could do it without an implant, and ended up going to [Clinic A]. [Doctor A] looked at my nose and said that the desired line could be achieved sufficiently with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I said that I wanted something natural like Shin Se-kyung’s nose rather than an obviously high nose, and they kept that in mind and refined my columella and nasolabial angle as well haha. It has been about six months since surgery, and now that all the swelling is gone, the line has settled much more naturally. The hump contour that used to protrude when viewed from the side is no longer visible, and the line runs smoothly from the nasal bridge to the tip. The nasal tip does not droop downward and is slightly elevated, making my impression look brighter. What I like most is that, over time, it looks less noticeable and more like my original nose haha. Since there is no implant, there is no foreign-body sensation even when I touch it. Honestly, I think it looks prettier now at six months than immediately after surgery. For anyone wanting a natural-looking nose, I recommend [Doctor A] at [Clinic A].
