I had it done as soon as the college entrance exam was over, and I’m 22 now!! I had silicone, lateral osteotomy, and septal cartilage plus donor rib cartilage! It turned out quite differently from what I had in mind. T_T Once the swelling fully went down, the nasal tip became a little pointed and my nose is much higher than I expected… In photos or videos taken from about a 45-degree side angle, it is really noticeable, I guess… It also looks like a bit of cartilage is showing through at the tip… There is also a little scar tissue along the incision line inside. But there have been no major side effects, so I decided just to live with it. Actually, people around me tell me all the time that my nose is pretty, but when I consulted at several clinics, they said it could not be made much higher, and that was what I wanted too. Yet they said they put in 7 mm of silicone or so… It just seems a little ambiguous because it differs from the look I was aiming for… I brought photos of Oh Yeon-seo’s and NewJeans Haerin’s noses.
