I wanted a natural look, so I asked for it to be natural. I was quite satisfied for the first month, but as time passed, my side profile gradually settled more and my nose became much, much lower. Of course, it was still higher than my original nose, but as the swelling went down, it became far from the shape I wanted, which was really disappointing. What especially upset me was the front view: as the swelling went down, it gradually became flatter. Still, I am not considering revision surgery; I am just living with it!
