My issue was more with the width and shape than the height, so I wanted a place that could address my nasal tip and alar issues without bridge surgery. But [Clinic A] did not push excessive procedures or recommend surgery to fit some ideal-nose template; they recommended a surgical direction and design suited to the effect I wanted, which I liked. These days there is no longer much swelling fluctuation, and my line looks nearly the same in the morning and evening, so I am posting a review for the first time in a while!! Haha. I was worried about scars, but none remained, and the swelling went down faster than expected, so I love it! For everyone with alar concerns like mine, I recommend the alar reduction + nasal sill reduction combination!
