I asked whether an implant-free procedure was possible, and the clinic said that with an implant-free approach, using autologous cartilage for the nasal tip would be a bit difficult, so I would likely need rib cartilage. The doctor explained each material in an easy-to-understand way, so after endless deliberation, I chose autologous costal cartilage for my surgery. After rhinoplasty, my nasolabial angle improved, and you can see how my round, bulbous nostrils became slim and refined!!! My nose had originally drooped, making it look long, but now it looks a bit shorter and the overall impression of a long nose is gone!! What looked like a hump nose now flows naturally from the raised tip to the bridge, so my implant-free natural-looking rhinoplasty was a success!!! Phew, phew, my nose is seriously breathtakingly pretty. If you really want a natural-looking straight nose with a slightly curved bridge, I recommend consulting Dr. Han at [Clinic A] T_T
