After my first nose surgery failed, I was stressed every day looking in the mirror, but I successfully had revision rhinoplasty at Miho. I had nose surgery before, but as time passed, my nasal tip kept drooping T_T. A severe step-off developed at the boundary between my nasal bridge and tip, making the profile look sharply bent, and even the silicone had become thin enough to show through... I was self-conscious even when out and about. After researching extensively, Miho had the best reviews, and the results had exactly the style I wanted, so I went for a consultation. The director clearly distinguished what I wanted from the medically necessary aspects, and I immediately felt this was where I should do it. It turned out with the clean, straight line I truly wanted. The visible silicone was improved too, making it look clean, and acquaintances keep telling me it looks much more natural than before and suits my facial image very well. I wrote this review as a reference for people deliberating because of nasal-tip drooping or a step-off like mine.
