It has been quite a long time since I had bulbous-nose surgery without an implant, and my nasal tip is holding up well. The nasal shape and line both turned out exactly as I wanted, so I am satisfied. The director matched the feeling I wanted as closely as possible and made a nose shape and line that suit my face, which I like. In particular, I think the nasolabial angle came out beautifully, and that is what I like most. If anyone, like me, wants nose surgery without silicone implants or is concerned about areas such as the nasolabial angle and columella, I recommend checking it out.
