At G&G ENT Hospital, I had surgery with a custom implant, septal cartilage, and alar reduction, transforming from a bulbous nose to a naturally glamorous nose haha... My nostrils were really wide, but I cannot believe I now have a naturally glamorous line. As the swelling goes down, my nasal contour shows more and I think it has become much prettier!! I had severe nasal obstruction, so I visited all the hospitals said to be good at functional nose surgery, and chose G&G because it felt specialized. I was told they also have good equipment, so I underwent surgery with confidence, and I am extremely satisfied with the result T_T haha. I think my blocked nose really opened up from around week three, and what I like most is that the bulbous-nose look is gone... If you are considering functional and cosmetic nose surgery, get a consultation at G&G first.
