The post-op photos use a lot of skin-smoothing filters T_T My blackheads are crazy right now, sorry.
I came to write a review. Back when my nose had little height and my nostrils spread broadly downward T_T Seriously, what was that.
They say the key during tip surgery is to build a firm support structure and raise it three-dimensionally. I was told that using my own rib would be best for achieving the slightly sophisticated look typical of the female actors I wanted, so I decided to use it.
I was a little nervous about using rib cartilage in a first operation, but the director at a clinic specializing in autologous rib cartilage handled my surgery, so I trusted them. They said they used the sixth rib for the autologous rib cartilage; I was told that harvesting gets harder the higher up it is, but it is stronger. Remember that.
Because the tip support was held firmly in place, the bulbous-nose correction effect was amazing... (At first, it felt slightly foreign when touched. It felt hard, but it has improved a lot and they said it will keep improving.)
What was really amazing was that the nostrils that had drooped far downward became raised, and it was also fascinating how much more refined my columella looked compared with before. It became much plumper, haha.
My impressions: The shape has become much more refined, especially the columella. The size has not noticeably decreased, but the detailed features feel more feminine, and the area beneath the nose has become much softer. Take good care of blackheads T_T I did not, and the sebum that formed then feels hard to clear out...
I wrote down everything I could think of in a rush. I do not know whether there is anything useful here?? Haha, if there is anything helpful, please use it as a reference!!
