Footwork review for revision rhinoplasty

I had surgery in 2014 with silicone and septal cartilage, and since I had some time, I went around looking into revision surgery. I didn’t have any major discomfort, but my nose had drooped, making my midface look longer, and it was close to a straight nose, so I went intending to get rhinitis surgery at the same time. I went to two places famous for revision rhinoplasty, and even with event pricing, both were between 4 and 5 million won. After getting a CT scan, they said the implant had calcified, so we decided to remove it, lower the nasal bridge, and use donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. They also said it wasn’t to the point where I needed autologous costal cartilage yet. They say the ear hurts more, so I’m worried..ㅠ
