My nasal bridge is high, but my bulbous nose with a blunt nasal tip was stressing me out, so last year I had a consultation at ㅁㅂ with a different director, but back then I didn’t want nose surgery that badly, so I didn’t do it. This year I wanted to do it again, so I had a consultation with Director ㄱㅈㅎ, who has many bulbous nose surgery cases. Since my nasal bridge is high, he said he would not use an implant, would remove tissue? from the bulbous nose area to make it slimmer (moderately, so it doesn’t become a pinched nose!), and would use autologous cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. He said he would also use donated costal cartilage if needed. Altogether 3.3 million won (an additional 880,000 won if donated costal cartilage is used)
