First of all, my nostrils aren’t on the small side, so they said my nose can have the procedure. They said it would look prettier and get smaller if I do it. But my facial asymmetry is really severe, and my nose is like that too, you know? To what extent? My nasal septum is very deviated, so both nostrils are uneven in shape and size, and if you draw a line connecting the ends of the nostrils, it comes out diagonal,, Even the doctor and consultant were a bit surprised when they saw it,,,? So they said it is a nose that can be done, but they don’t recommend it. They kept thinking it over, but in the end said that if it were them, they wouldn’t do it. They said even if we roughly match the currently asymmetric nostrils with reduction, it’s only a temporary fix, and later if I raise the nasal bridge or correct the crooked nose, the nostrils will become uneven again. At that point, because the skin/tissue has been cut, it can’t be reversed,, They said it weighs on their conscience and they feel uneasy doing it ㅜㅜ I said I don’t want to put anything in my nasal bridge, so can’t we just make an incision and correct only the deviated septum? But they said once an incision is made anyway, whether there’s an implant or not is just the difference, and the damage the nose receives is the same, so is there really a need?,, What should I doㅜㅜㅜㅜ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
