8 years ago, I had surgery using silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Recently, it feels like the ear cartilage at the nasal tip has shifted to one side, drooped, and is showing through. At this point, should I have it removed? For people with thin skin and visible cartilage at the nasal tip, how did you do your revision surgery? Please recommend a clinic ㅠ My skin is so thin that the silicone on the bridge of my nose also looks slightly bluish and tiny blood vessels show through. Should I remove all of the silicone + nasal tip ear cartilage, or would it be better to lower the silicone a bit and replace it? Please recommend ㅠ
