I’m 6 weeks post-revision surgery I didn’t like the nasal tip height or the front-view shape, so I had a revision. Silicone, donated rib cartilage for the nasal tip, and ear cartilage The photo on the left is day 10 after surgery, when I still had stitches inside my nose The one on the right is the one I just took Definitely, when there was swelling, it looked slimmer and pointierㅜㅜ I’m worried my nasal tip will drop, so I’ve been intentionally not smiling much and staying almost expressionless ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The doctor said that too, that I’d like it best when there’s swelling They did say that the nose when it’s swollen isn’t really my nose anyway, it’s swelling I just hope it doesn’t drop more from here I heard it keeps dropping until 6 months.. As time passes, cartilage gets absorbed too.. Does donated rib cartilage definitely absorb a lot?? Next time I’m thinking of using autologous cartilage..

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
