When getting revision rhinoplasty, what material did everyone use?? AlloDerm was recommended to me, but one clinic said AlloDerm is a material whose safety has not been confirmed.. If I use autologous dermis, will the absorption rate be too high after a few years??? For people who had revision surgery without silicone, what material did you use??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
