I haven’t had consultations yet, and I used silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage at the nasal tip, but the cartilage shows through at the nasal tip. In this situation, if I remove the silicone and don’t remove the nasal tip cartilage, it’ll keep showing through, right? Or could it be okay to not remove everything and just trim it a bit to make it lower? If I remove it this time, I don’t want to ever have another revision surgeryㅠ Has anyone here had removal because of cartilage show-through at the nasal tip? It’s okay even if a lot of time has passed
