Day 14 After Revision Rhinoplasty

I’m on day 14 after revision surgery with silicone + autologous costal cartilage. The day my splint was removed, it was fine, but from the evening of the next day, the silicone started showing through from between my eyebrows to the nasal bridge. But it wasn’t swollen. The reason for the revision was silicone show-through, so this time they even used temporalis fascia.. Today, a week later, they said they wanted to take a look, then drew something out from the nasal bridge with a syringe and pressed firmly on it... It hurt so much that I teared up a little... And they said it was a swelling injection and gave it into a blood vessel. Then they taped my nasal bridge, and told me to remove it myself tomorrow. Is there anyone who has had a case like mine? Also, I had a forehead lift together this time... Could it be because of that?
