There is someone of the opposite sex I met after nose surgery, but now I have had it removed, and I'm worried whether I can meet them like I did back then. Should I just not meet them?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
