I had a consultation with the head director at ㅎㅌ. I’m going to get functional rhinoplasty. But even though they won’t use autologous costal cartilage and will only use septal cartilage and ear cartilage, they first quoted me 6 million won. So when I said it was way outside my budget, they added things like writing a review and discounted it as much as possible, and they said it would be 4 million. The director said not to touch the nasal bridge, and since they’re not using costal cartilage, they’ll only raise the nasal tip, adjust the nasolabial angle, and correct a bulbous nose. Even for just that, isn’t 4 million too much? Honestly, ㅎㅌ has the exact nose shape I want, so I was really drawn to it. I liked the consultation and everything else, but the cost really cooled me off.
