My forehead is low, so it can’t be raised much; it would look like an avatar.
After checking inside the nose: 100% success rate for improving a spread-out nose, raising the nasal bridge,
Tying the nasal tip cartilage, septum not very deviated, slightly deviated
Nasal bridge - silicone maximum 3 mm
Nasal tip - cartilage tying will be done to correct a bulbous nose; if the septum is small, there is a high possibility of using donated costal cartilage & ear cartilage
Making it slim is impossible, nostril asymmetry cannot be improved and would be meaningless, osteotomy also not possible
Straight-to-slightly-curved line and overcorrection are planned
- On the second day after surgery, remove the disinfecting gauze that is being applied; cotton is usually not inserted
- On day 7, remove the external stitches and splint, doctor checks the result and provides keratin care
- On day 14, remove stitches behind the ear, doctor checks the result
- At one month, see the doctor
- Aftercare: no limit on the number of scar/swelling treatments; swelling laser can be done without a limit on sessions
Revision AS for 1 year
CCTV viewing available after surgery if requested a few days in advance; can be viewed in the consultation room
Records disappear within 1 month
