First of all, as soon as they saw my face, they gave a diagnosis. They said my forehead is on the low side, but that 4.5 mm could be inserted, and they said they use donated costal cartilage. They told me to choose whether to use that. They suggested lowering and extending the nasal tip. They said the surgery takes one hour and that an anesthesiologist is on site. They did not touch my face.
