I had a sliiight hooked-nose tendency. When I went for consultations, I searched Instagram for pretty noses that are popular these days, and you know those wannabe faces that look pretty, I showed them those, but they cut me off saying they didn’t suit my image^!^
Still, maybe because I brought a lot, the director picked one of them and said it’s important to change without harming my image, and that I was a case where even making it just a bit more natural than the photo I brought would make me much more feminine and pretty than now!
There are lots of reviews here saying the director’s consultation is thorough, and that is really true. If you’ve gone around to consultations at hospitals famous for nose surgery, you’ll know, but among some older directors (not all), some are a bit stubborn and don’t really listen to the direction I want, and I’ve definitely seen directors who say their own words are right... they definitely exist...
But here, they consulted well without making me feel bad, and above all, the fact that the director didn’t insist on his own standard of beauty was probably what made me feel more comfortable about the surgery. I’m also pretty easily scared, but honestly nose surgery doesn’t hurt and is bearable, except for the nasal packing!
And now that it’s been over a month, I’m happily writing this review, but at first, after removing the splint, my nose felt longer, so it felt awkward and I couldn’t get used to it, and I wondered if the surgery had gone wrong ㅠ
But should I call it residual swelling? As time passes, the swelling definitely goes down little by little... I can see it even when comparing now with 2 weeks ago!
In the past, I thought rhinoplasty could never look completely unnoticeable, but these days, maybe the technique has improved or the hospital I went to is good, because I don’t get that distinctive rhinoplasty chalk-nose feeling, so I’m living very satisfied.
That’s the end of my one-month nose surgery review, paid with my own money in installment-plan life.......! I hope everyone gets surgery well, naturally and prettily, within a not-too-excessive range.
