First, the crookedness was corrected a lot! My face itself is very asymmetrical, so even if it is difficult to make the axis! completely balanced, before surgery, when someone just looked at me, the crooked feeling was visible from any angle, but now there is definitely no feeling of a crooked nose~
As for the height, my nose was not originally extremely low, so I had it done with the feeling of raising it slightly?~
The reason the director recommended autologous costal cartilage was that a crooked nose has the tendency to become crooked again, they said.
So if soft or weak cartilage is used, it can become crooked again, and they said it would be best to use the strongest autologous costal cartilage as much as possible to prevent that from happening, so I used autologous costal cartilage~
The autologous costal cartilage scar went from red > changed to pink > changed back to black > gradually faded and changed to a skin-tone color, and although it has not completely disappeared now, a faint line is visible~
This could really vary depending on the constitution? skin of the person getting surgery, so for those looking into autologous costal cartilage~ it might be good to pay attention once to how scars? things like that look on your own skin~!
Anyway, now it is 1 year and 3 months! Without any additional procedures or revision surgery after the surgery, it is maintaining well~
