Autologous Costal Cartilage Rhinoplasty (Columella Lowering)

I had L-shaped silicone from 20 years ago removed (it looked very slightly upturned, so some clinics said it was contracture and some said it wasn’t) I had surgery with silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. It’s been 7 months since surgery. It still feels a bit numb/heavy. But what’s really bothering me is, if you use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, does smiling become this awkward? When I smile, because the nasal tip is fixed so firmly, it looks like a witch nose ㅜㅜ And my upper lip doesn’t lift either. Originally, when I smiled, my gums showed slightly, but now even my teeth don’t fully show. My impression has become so strange and stuffy-looking. It’s not like I look pretty when expressionless either. I spent 6.5 million won on it, and I’m depressed.
