I had the silicone removed because of an inflammatory reaction. It was done with a closed approach, and since my nasal tip (autologous costal cartilage) was a bit high because it’s rib cartilage, they added cartilage and dermis on top of it. But usually, if it’s done right away like this, does inflammation not develop? Now that I’ve had it done, I’m worried. Please let me know ㅠㅠ I can’t sleep.
