The thing is, I had septal extension surgery 9 years ago, so I can’t make a pig nose, and my lower face is already short, but my columella droops and is hard, so my nose looks even longer.. I want revision surgery, but they only talk about costal cartilageㅠㅠㅠ Is there any good option?
