I really want an extremely natural look, so would it be okay if I remove the silicone and lower just the nasal tip a bit? ㅠㅠ It’s so flashy that I want to die. 1 is my original nose before surgery, 2 and 3 are my current nose after surgery. I want a completely small, round nose. My original clinic said they’ll do revision surgery if I just pay the anesthesia fee, so I’m debating it

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
