It’s really, really exhausting... ha.. A natural and pretty nose.. Why is it so hard to find a clinic.. Since I’m from outside Seoul, the travel costs going back and forth to Seoul are no joke, so this week I went to two clinics and so far I’ve only been doing online research nonstop.. After looking at so much, I’ve reached the point where even praise posts all look like broker posts haha.. If anyone knows a place that does natural and pretty noses well, could you recommend one.. ?? I hope this will be the last nose surgery of my life

HT revision rhinoplasty As soon as I went in, they took a CT scan. First I had a consultation with the consultant, and I thought she was a phone salesperson!!,, haha She said I’d become prettier if I did all sorts of surgeries.. So I said, “Ah, but that’s really not good?” and she said, “Oh really? It looks pretty to me?” We had that kind of exchange, and then an hour later the director came in. The director looked at the estimate the consultant had made during the consultation and said, “Huh? Why did you include this? There’s no need to do it?”
When talking with the director, he seemed like someone who pays a lot of attention to the philtrum and columella line. He said he would create a pretty angle, but I see my philtrum and columella as almost a 90-degree angle, you know? Then if he makes it 120 degrees, I feel like my nose will look upturned. For now, I want (my nostrils must not show too much, no upturned nose), (pursuing natural beauty, the nasal tip rounded in an East Asian way / no sharp Pinocchio line), so I felt a bit uneasy, and maybe the director was busy, but he roughly drew a quick sketch and showed me that it would look like this. I wish he had shown me at least similar photos of what I’d look like after surgery, but having the consultation without anything like that was a bit difficult. Still, he spoke with a confident tone, like he had confidence in the surgery..
He said he would use the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and because I have a slight hump, he said he would shave it down. There was no pressure to pay a deposit!
