The consultation manager explained everything in great detail, and the doctor explained things appropriately well. I felt I could trust them. They also ran a blood test before the nose surgery and had good post-op care, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I think safety is the top priority, so the surgery itself was completed well, and I’ll need to watch the follow-up progress.
