I’m looking into revision surgery, and what do you think about using autologous rib cartilage to build up the nose, and ear cartilage only for the nasal tip? The doctor said ear cartilage is good because it makes the nasal tip a little softer, but I’m not sure. I think the talk about ear cartilage drooping is only when ear cartilage is used all the way for the columellar strut.. What side effects could there be when only ear cartilage is placed in the nasal tip?
