I want total nose implant removal. 1 During my first surgery, they said my nasal bones were wide and hit them with a hammer for lateral osteotomy. If I take out the silicone, will the nasal dorsum come out looking angular? 2 They say if I remove the septal support graft, it will collapse, but specifically how will it look collapsed?
