I first learned about custom implants yesterday. If I search online, it explains what they are, but I’m curious about actual reviews and reputation from everyone here. What’s different between a custom implant and a regular implant? Then does that mean people all use the same shape for regular silicone implants? Are there downsides too?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
