When I see people having breast implants removed, at first I think, ah, what a relief~, but then I’ve also seen quite a few people go back for revision surgery 1 or 2 years later,, I’m worried I might end up like that too.. If that’s the case, should I just live with the slightly pinched shape I have now..? For the tip of the nose, they mostly use dermis, right? Even if it gets absorbed, if they build that rounded feeling in advance, wouldn’t it still be okay..? It’s a clinic run by Dr. Kwon at Risum, and I saw recent reviews too, so I only left a reservation inquiry,, I read that if the dermis gets absorbed, surgery can only be done by repeatedly adding more layer on top and layer on top, or that there’s also injection supplementation.. Or maybe some people add fascia right from the start.. Everyone seems to handle it differently, so I’m conflicted. Does anyone know how the surgery is done?
