After tying cartilage and removing fat, the tip uses rib cartilage, but the no-implant nose has become so pitifully small. If they remove more here, it’ll probably look even more pathetic, right? The nose isn’t high, and it’s sharp and pinched. Ah, this is stressful lol haha
