I went to a consultation today at S. If they remove everything, remove the capsule, and reposition the cartilage, then if the nose is not lifted now it will not be lifted, and even if it is lifted, it will not lift more than it does now, they said. There would be no step-off, and they would have to see the ear cartilage during surgery. I have had my nose done three times, so the capsule from the first surgery may not be removable at all, and only the capsule from the last surgery can be removed. The pigmentation at the tip of my nose now will not go away, they said. If only the last capsule is removed, would it be okay? I am very worried that even if it is not fully removed, the nose may still lift. At S, they said that even if everything is removed, it can still lift and may even lift more than it does now, but if I want it, they can do a full removal. However, they cannot guarantee that the nose will not lift, and the consultation proceeded with the idea of having septal support. So would it be right to do it at S? If anyone knows, could you let me know? I am really deliberation.. please help me... Also, at S, I wanted a closed approach, but they said the reason they need to open it is that if they operate with a closed approach, the cartilage could get damaged. Is that so?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 28 Has anyone had their entire nose removed after osteotomy?
I've had two nose surgeries, and in the first one I had hump reduction and lateral osteotomy. After the surgery, time passed and the skin on the tip got thinner, the tip became visible, and the tip got pointier, so I've been looking into…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 28 If it’s removed, won’t the nose get even smaller..?
After tying cartilage and removing fat, the tip uses rib cartilage, but the no-implant nose has become so pitifully small. If they remove more here, it’ll probably look even more pathetic, right? The nose isn’t high, and it’s sharp and…
