I am 3 years out from cosmetic surgery, and suddenly I started having constant yellow nasal discharge, so I went to an ENT clinic and was told that the mucous membrane had adhered In a case like this, can surgery be done as a non-covered procedure...? Should I go to a plastic surgery clinic for it, or should this be handled at the ENT clinic..?
