I've had two nose surgeries, and in the first one I had hump reduction and lateral osteotomy. After the surgery, time passed and the skin on the tip got thinner, the tip became visible, and the tip got pointier, so I've been looking into revision surgery. Recently, though, I keep getting acne-like bumps on my nose, then they get better, then they come back, so I'm torn between just removing everything and doing a revision T_T. Since these little bumps keep coming and going lately, I'm leaning toward removal so I can just live in peace.. But since I already had osteotomy in the first surgery, I'm worried that if I remove everything, my nose will be completely shaved down and there won't be any bridge left T_TTT. My mind keeps going back and forth several times a day T_T. Has anyone else had both osteotomy and removal like me..?
