I had a support structure built with ear cartilage and the tip lifted. I was told dermis was also used on the bridge, but I don't know the details exactly T_T. Because it was a hooked nose, they said they trimmed the septum a little and brought the columella down, and they also reduced the alar base T_T. But even after 3 months, the foreign-body sensation in the columella is really bad, with stabbing pain and the feeling that something is poking me T_T. I want to remove everything, but if I do, could there be more serious side effects? If the pain alone goes away, I'm willing to give up on the shape to some extent T_T. I keep thinking maybe the pain will go away if time passes T_T. It's really hard.
