I think The swelling went down well too, so my nose became high, slim, and refined I used silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and even when they said I didn’t need nostril reduction, I was anxious, but they built up the columella of my nasal tip well, so my nasal tip became more defined haha Just in case, until now I was really only placing my mask on very carefully, but can I now think of it as completely my own nose and relax a bit? haha They say it’s hard to successfully fix a bulbous nose in one go, but thanks to a skilled director, I escaped my bulbous nose~~
