I also have rhinitis, so I had functional nose surgery + cosmetic rhinoplasty together, and I had surgery for a crooked nose + deviated septum + inferior turbinate + hump + nasal tip (ear cartilage)! For the ear cartilage, they made the incision at the front part, but the director sutured it so it would not show, so now it does not show at all!! At first, for a week after the surgery, because my nose and philtrum were swollen, my philtrum seemed longer for no reason and it felt like my nostrils were more visible. But on the day I went to have the cotton removed (day 3), I told the director about the parts I was worried about, and he told me not to worry. Now that I am at one week and almost all the swelling has gone down, all the things he told me not to worry about have really disappeared!! People around me also say it turned out natural and pretty, and I really feel like I am living a new life!! My friend is also looking for a rhinoplasty clinic now, and after seeing my nose, she says she needs to go for a consultation too~~!
