I've never injured my nose, but it became slightly crooked during growth, so I'm debating whether I should get this done. The appearance is one thing, but the septum inside is also deviated, making it uncomfortable to breathe, so I'm thinking of having surgery for a deviated septum and functional rhinoplasty together, but the price was much more expensive than I expected.
