I really dug through Instagram and the reviews here, and went to consult after selecting the head director. It was my second revision after my first surgery failed, so I was really careful. My nose was a complete mess, with a crooked nose, a hump, and a bulbous tip First of all, there were many before-and-after cases similar to mine during the consultation, so I felt trust, and the biggest reason I decided to go ahead was that the director and I had matching aesthetic preferences! Looking at the result at 3 weeks now, I am just beyond beyond satisfied 👍 The director shaped the line perfectly to match my face shape. During the consultation I worried a lot about choosing between a square nose and a pentagon nose, but I think it was the right choice to go with the pentagon nose. I really love the columella and tip line haha Because it was my second revision, it included donor costal cartilage, correction of the crooked nose, and cartilage grafting to the nostrils. I did not want autologous costal cartilage because I did not want a scar It is only 3 weeks, so the big swelling is still going down and the remaining swelling is gradually settling, but even now I can see that the line has become sharper, so these days I take lots of selfies and feel happy!!
