Nose Surgery Reviews

2 to 3 weeks after nose surgery, stitches removed from inside the nose

I was shaking while getting the stitches removed from inside my nose, but the right side didn’t hurt at all, and the slightly swollen left side stung just enough to make tears well up a little... They said dissolvable stitches might come out over the next two or three months, and one came out today. It’s not uncomfortable. The inside of my left nose is still pretty swollen, but it’s gradually going down. The part where I couldn’t breathe because of the deviated septum has opened up completely. They said a crooked nose can’t be corrected 100%, but it seems like about half was corrected. A couple days ago, while using a pore softener, I pressed on my nose a bit too hard, and it felt swollen, but since it’s hard swelling and not painful, I’m just holding out for now. It doesn’t seem to be a problem. My nose is still very puffy, but I hope it goes down faster And when the swelling goes down, I wonder if it’s actually a bit lower than I thought, so I’ll have to keep watching... I still can’t smile. My columella feels tight... I want to stop wearing a mask
