It was a surgery I decided on after a long period of deliberation, but unlike how long I had worried about it.. once I actually had the surgery, I felt like I should have done it sooner. Until the big swelling went down for the first month, I checked the mirror every day and the days felt so long, but once the swelling eased and I gradually got used to it, suddenly two months had passed I had the hump corrected, had silicone placed, and the tip was done with donated rib cartilage, with alar base angle correction as well ~.~ The columella area still feels a bit tight, so when I drink water or smile I still feel some pulling in the philtrum area, but with the bridge smoother and the tip angle changed, the protruding-mouth look is less noticeable and my impression has improved in a good way, so I like it. I had the surgery with Dr. Yoon at Log Plastic Surgery.
