I had the surgery in 2017 with silicone and a septum graft, and it was too high, so two years ago I had a revision with donor rib cartilage to lower it again.. But I wanted it a little higher, so I decided to have a third surgery. During the consultation, I said that since I was going to do it anyway, I wanted a striking straight nose, and it turned out exactly like the nose I had in mind, so I am satisfied haha
