A crooked implant nose consultation..

ㅋㅇ I had Gore-Tex surgery 10 years ago, and I visited because the implant looked crooked. First of all, the director was calm and composed, which I liked. I also liked that the clinic manager was not very involved. The director said donor rib cartilage could be added if needed, but personally, having heard at another hospital that they would use only my own cartilage and supplement it with existing material, I just did not feel inclined toward it.

The consultation manager is not a doctor, so to be honest it feels absurd and the trust level drops right away when they are so certain that doing this part will improve things, as if they know that much. The doctor being a Seoul National University graduate is reassuring, but at the same time, the fact that they use donor rib cartilage made it feel to me like they were not really the type to think deeply about whether it was someone else's body. Rather than feeling like they were thinking it through with me, it honestly felt more like they looked at the CT, decided on the answer on the spot in a math-problem way in less than 5 minutes, and spoke lightly about it, which made me wonder if that was really right.
