I only had silicone placed on the nasal bridge (not the nasal tip), and I’m in my 13th year now. Since around the 10-year mark, I’ve often been getting blue bruises on the nasal dorsum. It seems like many people have symptoms like this around 10 years after silicone, and I’ve also heard that as time passes, the capsule tears and blood pools there. I like my current shape, so I don’t want to just remove the silicone, but in cases like this, it seems people get revision surgery with dermis. There are so few reviews, and I’m also worried whether this is really a safe implant even after 10 years. 10 years ago, I chose silicone because they said silicone was the safest.. Even now, most clinics still use silicone a lot, and for me it was really good until about 10 years inㅜ.. If you’re thinking long-term, I hope this helps as a reference that cases like this can happen too. I’m only thinking about revision surgery with artificial dermis for now..
