After my first surgery, I really didn’t like my nose and was so stressed that I regretted spending the money, thought it was ruined, and stopped looking in the mirror much. Whenever I looked in the mirror, I only saw my nose, and all my attention was focused only on my nose, should I say... My long nose already made me look older, but my nose looked even longer...
I had forehead and nose revision surgery together, so my nose looks more refined than before, and the line from the glabella down to the nose doesn’t look awkward, so I think it’s better. I thought a lot about the clinic, but I saw that with an open approach, if it goes wrong, the nasal tip could deform or the nostril shape could change, so I chose a closed approach.
I really like my nose line right now, so I hope the nasal tip doesn’t drop any further and stays like this
